This recipe was so easy! I saw Rachel make them and it we had to try them. I used 3 tsps. of garlic though. I took the advise of a couple other reviewers and browned them in a pan a bit before baking. Great idea because they do not brown much in the oven. Definitely will make again, my husband loved them! Can't wait to make them for a party.

Every time I make these, people go nuts - they love them. Perfect for parties. I did try ground turkey - not nearly as good as the chicken. I use my food processor to grind chicken breasts instead of spending the extra for ground chicken. I also use plain nonfat yogurt that has been in a sieve with cheesecloth overnight - almost 1/2 of it is water so use double what it calls for to start (in the sieve - makes a wonderul thick sauce. These also freeze well before cooking - so make a double batch! I do pan sear and then finish in the oven.

I made these last night, used light sour cream and dried dill, one pound of chicken and one package of spinach. Served them warm with lettuce and tomato in pita pockets.

    Really tasty and satisfying.

These would make great appetizers too. Just make the meatballs a little smaller.

    Keeper, for sure.

This is the best recipe for meatballs I've ever had and quite tasty! I also like the duality of transforming them into a hamburger if you want!

I have made this recipe for my parents and brother & his wife twice now, and both times they gobbled them up. The first time I used ground turkey and added a bit more meat. Both times came out wonderful!

These chicken meatballs were so wonderful. I used reduced-fat feta cheese with good results. I didn't use the cucumber and yogurt sauce. They didn't need any sauce, in my opinion.

These meatballs are very flavorful ~ I enjoyed them. My only problem with this recipe is that the flavor of the meatball was overpowered by the sauce. Dont get me wrong, the sauce was very good, I just thought when combined with the meatballs, it was too much....I'd serve the sauce with something more simple like chicken skewers. And next time, I wont go to the trouble of making the sauce, I'll simply serve the meatballs without it.
