These meatballs are very flavorful ~ I enjoyed them. My only problem with this recipe is that the flavor of the meatball was overpowered by the sauce. Dont get me wrong, the sauce was very good, I just thought when combined with the meatballs, it was too much....I'd serve the sauce with something more simple like chicken skewers. And next time, I wont go to the trouble of making the sauce, I'll simply serve the meatballs without it.

This is probably the best recipe of Rachael's that I've tried. SO easy, and completely unique in both style and taste.

I used regular yogurt instead of Greek, so instead of using a blender, I chopped the cucumber very finely, and mixed it by hand. Came out great!

Only thing I would do differently is make more meatballs of a smaller size. I ended up cutting my 1.5 inch meatballs in half in order to make them actually bite sized and not falling off in the dip.

As for the oven temp, I baked at 350 for 14 mins. Hope that helps someone.

These were easy to put together and yummy. Browning them before baking them is a must. I used regular yogurt because I couldn't find any Greek yogurt in a small container. The regular yogurt was really too runny and next time I'll use the Greek yogurt because it's thicker and tangier.

I made this last night for my husband and I but kinda twisted up the recipe to the ingrediants I had on hand! For the meatballs, I used all the spices but did not have spinach or feta, so I just used parsely, shaped the meat into long ovals like kabobs and grilled indoors! It was great = Also for the yogurt dip, I used fresh mint leaves instead of dill, and it came out very refreshing and cool! It was a great compliment to the chicken...I will definately make this more often because it tasted great and was very easy to prepare. I actually had dinner on the table in about 20 mintues! Thanks Rachael =

I really liked these served in warmed pita pockets with chopped cucumber, tomato, and red onion. I changed the yoghurt sauce a little by adding lots of lemon zest and lemon juice. I also added more salt to the meatballs. I found the lemon juice and zest took it over the top. My daughter suggested putting some sauce in the bottom of the pita and on top.

I make this recipe into burgers instead of meatballs, and my family digs them! I make the dip once, but it really isn't necessary... I make these with groung turkey, not chicken, but I'm sure they would be good that way too, and you can also try them with HERBED feta, for a bit more flavor.

This recipe is really good and super-easy. It was a big hit with friends and family. I found the greek yogurt at my local health food store, it was so good!

This was a great blend of flavors and my husband loved it. I do know the greek style yogurt exists cause I found it at my local whole foods. The carton says on it, authentic greek yogurt. It's out there!

Anyone who likes Greek food will adore these yummy little morsels. Chances are you won't find real Greek yogurt at the regular grocery store. If you want to be truly authentic, look for a Middle Eastern or Greek specialty store in the yellow pages. I live in a small town in SECT and easily found it at a local Middle Eastern market here in town. As a final note, I wish that Creep that has nothing better but to transpose other's comments into a vile review would look in the yellow pages and call a Mental Health Therapist. Much love to Rachel and all the other nice people out in the world.
