The hot olives with citrus and spice were sooooo delicious, I had to hide them from myself. Yummo Rachael. Toasted chick peas were great too. I never met a ceci ceci bean I didn't like.

I made these nibbles for Thanksgiving, and my family loved them. I cut down on the fennel and red pepper flakes, just so the olives weren't too spicy, and they were very tasty and exotic. It is an easy crowd-pleaser.

I was very interested to try the toasted chick peas as an appetizer. Good thing I did a test run first. Even after toasting for 20+ minutes, they were still soft inside. The flavor was good, but they weren't anything I would serve as a finger food. Also, I added a touch of olive oil spray to them because the seasoning wouldn't stick.
