This recipe was a huge hit with the family. Even my 80 year old mom liked it and she is a tad picky. Very easy to make.

This dish was pretty easy to make and incredible on the taste buds...i was very impressed and your dinner guests will be too!

I used a jar of roasted red peppers and it was phenomenal...

i think the sauce would be great on just about anything....

I made this last night and everyone LOVED IT.

My dad and I are very picky when it comes to red peppers but we really loved the sauce. I definitely want to make a big batch of the sauce and put it in the freezer.

Prep time took a bit longer for me. I could not find the cheese for the cheesy rice but I picked Monterey Jack for it. For the sausages, I could not find fresh ones so I had to use the dry ones. It was hard to remove the casting from that.

    Otherwise, the recipe is A+.

These pork chops were easy to make and full of flavor. Something different from the usual pork chop recipes. A hit at the table.

Loved this recipe. I tried it on my husband and friends and they were amazed how tender and flavorful this dish was not to mention how truly quick and easy it was to make!

These were wonderful! Mine weren't all saucy like Rachel's but I'm glad because hers looked soupy to me. I had to call around to 3 stores to find chorizo and it wasn't cheap so I'm relieved that this recipe turned out so well. The chorizo wasn't spicy like I feared, it was more on the tangy/tomatoey side. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

These pork chops and sauce were very easy to make and super yummy! It was a nice change of pace to have all three kids LIKE what we were having for dinner!!(Even though 2 opted for apple sauce rahter than the roasted red pepper sauce! Another winner in my recipe box!!

My husband is very easy to please most of the time, but I was a little worried if he would like this one. He loved it. It was simple to prepare and was really a very pretty dish.

I turned on 30 Minute Meals and this was the episode I watched and decided we were having that for dinner that night...it looks and sounded so good.

I will agree that there were a few ingredients that were a little expensive to buy and it was hard to find the Manchego cheese in our area and I had to make a few substitutions (thanks Rachael for the options!!.

I want to try this next on chicken (a suggestion from my daughter and see how it compares to the pork.

I was unable to find fresh chirizo, so I had to use the dried; however, it did not spoil this fabulous recipe. Another winner!!
