This is really good! Just be careful that you use regular soy sauce and not dark soy sauce, dark makes it too salty. Also having let your rice dry really helps the rice brown. Certainly a great recipe and it gets rave reviews at my house!

Yum!! I used 3-4 cups of cooked rice (big family here and used Reduced sodium soy sauce. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. It turned out really amazing.

Superfun! We just mixed in prepared brown rice and added soy sauce at the table. Delish!

I made this for dinner last night and it was amazing. Everyone loved it. I used brown basmati rice and followed the recipe as written. This is a keeper and I will be making it again and again. I thought the prep was fun and had the ingredients all chopped and ready in little bowls so it seemed really easy when it came to cooking it. Yummmmmm.

I made this tonight with leftover brown rice from yesterday's dinner. I substituted frozen edamame for the peas. It came out great! Nice way to use up leftover rice.

I tried several recipes for fried rice. I've never been a fan of fried rice. Until now. Loved the texture and flavor. I missed the instructions for cooking the white rice with Tamari soy sauce!! (I don't know how I missed it. Anyway, it was too late by the time I realized. I added the white rice to the veggie & fried egg mixture and followed with a couple of Tbsp of Tamari sauce. It turned out great anyway. Next time I will definitely cook (and bake the rice as instructed. But, if you want to simplifly the process, adding the white rice then the sauce works, too.
