I made this for dinner last night and it was amazing. Everyone loved it. I used brown basmati rice and followed the recipe as written. This is a keeper and I will be making it again and again. I thought the prep was fun and had the ingredients all chopped and ready in little bowls so it seemed really easy when it came to cooking it. Yummmmmm.

I made this tonight with leftover brown rice from yesterday's dinner. I substituted frozen edamame for the peas. It came out great! Nice way to use up leftover rice.

Finally!! I've been searching for an easy rice recipe, and this is it. I need to double the recipe so we can have left overs. Thanks Rachel!

I tried several recipes for fried rice. I've never been a fan of fried rice. Until now. Loved the texture and flavor. I missed the instructions for cooking the white rice with Tamari soy sauce!! (I don't know how I missed it. Anyway, it was too late by the time I realized. I added the white rice to the veggie & fried egg mixture and followed with a couple of Tbsp of Tamari sauce. It turned out great anyway. Next time I will definitely cook (and bake the rice as instructed. But, if you want to simplifly the process, adding the white rice then the sauce works, too.

I made this recipe with the eggs, shredded carrots, diced red pepper, frozen corn and broccoli, and lots of garlic sautéed as per instructions with olive oil. I served with grilled chicken that I marinated in Soy Vey. Fabulous!! My son who takes out most vegetables ate everything without a complaint. It's definitely a keeper.

I love this recipe! I double the amount of garlic and ginger and add siracha chili sauce to make it really spicy. It's the perfect recipe for using leftover meat of any kind. We have used thinly sliced pork chops, shrimp, chicken and beef. It's definitely one of my most used recipes.

This was good, but I felt it needed a little something something. I love ginger so this is a keeper, but I'm gonna try to tweak the recipe a little, with what, I haven't figured that out yet.
