My family loved this. I need to make a double or even triple recipe, 1 wasn't enough for my family of 4 since they loved it so much. I added chopped ham to it to add some more flavor and put in mushrooms and bok choy.

But I did feel it needed more flavor. I added oyster sauce and some hot mustard once I plated it and it is excellent. Definitely a keeper!

This was really yummy and loaded with veggies! I already have a request for it again this week! Super easy too and was really less than 30 minutes, even with chopping my own veggies.

This recipe was east to follow. However to make it more tasty, you can add crushed peanuts, and some mushrooms. I also found the 2 inches of ginger to be a little overhelming, so I would just add about 1 inch.

I prepared this dish with Alain's sweet and spicy Asian chicken... The rice was perfect and cooked just as the recipe stated. I would recommend using long grain jasmine rice for its aromatic fragrance and wonderful flavor...

Flavors in this combined beautiifully. The ginger was a very interesting note. Very easy and quick to do. Will definately do this again.

My family really enjoyed this dish. I forgot the carrots, so those got omitted, and scallions were omitted since I didn't want to buy a pack just for 4. I doubled the peas to make up for the carrots. You could definately use any combo of veggies that suits you. I just used regular soy sauce...still delish. We served with some store-bought spring rolls...such a great meal!
