This was so good and easy. Even my picky eaters loved it.

A great way to use vegetables. I added broccoli and it was great.

I had both leftover rice and rotisserie chicken, so I decided to try this recipe with the added chicken. I used more carrots and peas than the the recipe called for--I think you could add whatever vegetables you like, and it would be great.

I thought the amount of fresh ginger was perfect. I am going to try this with shrimp next time I make it.

Excellent! I used Uncle Ben's 2 cup "boil in bag" rice (2 bags. Perfect for two. Served with Pork Tonkatsu and garlic green beans!

I have made this several times and it just keeps getting better. Don't over-do the ginger...I've made that mistake. You could even take it out completely if you wanted. My 4 year old son helps me make it...and then he devours it! It's very quick, inexpensive and easy...what more can you ask for? You could add chicken, shrimp, beef...whatever. This is a keeper in my cookbook. If you can't find Tamari, just use soy sauce. YumO!

I've made this dish multiple times for my family. My husband doesn't like fried rice at restaurants but he loves this recipe. I add more eggs, BBQ pork, 1/2 a small onion, frozen corn, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Great fried rice -so easy. This recipe will be made often.Iadded 3 eggs instead of two because that is my 4 yr olds fav part.i also added a splash of sesame oil and some white pepper.also, i cooked the rice early in the day, cooled it to room temperature, and then refrigerated it until dinnertime-it saved me time and it came out wonderful! My son told me to write Rachel and tell her that her rice is good.He even ate the veggies, including bell peppers(which he never eats.i make alot of Asian dishes and usually accompany them with jasmine rice and this is a nice alternitive fo a change-family fav-try it you will like it!

Just made and ate this dish! Amazing! I added some butter in the oil to scramble eggs. Also used frozen veggies and celery. Added a special touch by throwing in a few dashes of sesame oil and crushed pepper flakes towards the end. YUMMO!!!!!!!!!!
