I like this recipe because it is healthy and tasty. I use brown rice and quorn (chicken substitute and the recipe turns out great.

Absolutely loved this dish. Made for my family -- then made it for my girlfriends and they all loved it.

I make this all the time. I also throw in whatever veggies I have at home. I usually add chicken or shrimp as well. Delicious. And my kids eat it too!!!!! Make double - it's that good.

Make sure to sure fresh ginger- if it's the dry kind, you don't taste it much at all.

My hubby loves Chinese... he was so excited :- It turned out great! I also added some chopped onion, diced cooked chicken, and frozen corn. Made a great colorful meal! They sell a great minced ginger in a small jar. Ginger adds great flavor, don't skip it!

I felt like a Chinese chef--this dish was right on. I would suggest leaving the soy sauce at the table in case people want more flavor.
