This recipe is terrific because it's super easy to make and fast. I used broccoli cole slaw right out of the package instead of carrots for a unique twist.

This was quite yummy and it tasted as good as any fried rice I've had from a restaurant. I made it along with Ellie Krieger's stir fried cabbage and it was a fun and simple vegetarian meal.

This recipe couldn't be easier or tastier. I think that it's the best fried rice I've ever had and it took virtually no time or effort to make. The garlic and ginger are the key ingredients. I was generous with the amount of vegetables that I put in so that it would be a bit more nutritious and I've been eating for days for leftovers!

I was hoping for a better result but found this to have way too much tamari, it was overly salty. Good for method though, if you wanted to mess around with it. Also, I didnt use the fresh cooked rice, I had some leftover which I always thought was the way to do it so its a bit dried out.

The first time we made it we didnt like the ginger. We made it again w/o ginger and it was a lot better. Tasted like what you buy at most resteraunts.

I made this dish and had really high hopes, but i was very disappointed. I was able to save it by adding chinese five spice powder and more tamari. I will not likley make this agian.
