Really enjoyed this fried rice! It is very flavorful as well as colorful. It will be made again very soon & will likely be on our dinner menu frequently!

This is such a great recipe. The entire menu featured on this episode is now in our family's dinner rotation. Everytime it turns out great! Maybe I am a slow but....I have yet to get the whole meal done in 30 minutes.
