    So surprising that so little could pack such a big punch on these lamb chops. We get our spices from an Asian/Indian market so had all of them on hand. I wonder if that made a difference as well. This recipe is delicious and will definitely stay in my virtual recipe box.

    I saw this recipe and thought I had a deja-vu. Well, that's cuz in "On the Lamb" episode, the recipes were pretty much the same except golden raisins were added to the couscous. I have tried the recipes and they're excellent, but I think Rachael is running out of ideas....

    I followed the recipe with no changes. It was very easy and the lamb was fantastic. It's the first time I've made lambchops without garlic so it was a surprisingly successful combination of spices.
