the chicken could be spicier for those who like hot and the peanut dressing was very very thick, but all was good

This is a favorite of mine. You can't go wrong with this one. It is a crowd pleaser. I made it for my very picky boyfriend, and he loves it. He even takes the left overs in his lunch the next day. I also made it for my sister when she was a house guest. She loved it too!

This is definitely on the list of recipes we'll be making again. So far, it's the best recipe of hers I've made.

I'm a fairly seasoned chef, and to be honest I didn't expect much from this dish, especially since I'd just run out of fish sauce. And though it only took about 15 minutes to prepare, the taste was, in a word, delicious. Using fresh basil is key, and I'd suggest Thai basil if you want to keep the taste authentic. I'll definitely be making this the next time I need a quick dinner. I substituted soy sauce for fish sauce, which is fine in a pinch. I also added a little chicken stock to create more sauce. Great tasting dish!

Good recipe...the best part was the salad with the peanut dressing.
