    Great taste, but like many others have said, there needs to be more liquid!! I added an extra clove of garlic, and greek yogurt to thin it out.

    On her show she added fresh rosemarry it gives it a kick the rest i followed exactly. I like it alot!!!

    This was exactly what I wanted when I set out to make hummus today! I think this recipe is the perfect balance/base to start out with, but as others mentioned, I added a little more spice and garlic to suit my taste. YUM!

    A little bland but a good starting point. I have to agree that the lack of water in the recipe must have been an omission...it NEEDS it to be the right consistency. I just doubled up the spices because I like it really spicy.

    Well, I'm not a hummus person...so I was having a party with people that I know love hummus. I tried this one out. Nothing left at the end of the party! It must have been wonderful.
