I have made this dip several times and it is a winner every time. I do add a little more kick to it when I can though.

We loved the heat of the garlic and pepper flakes, and the more subtle coriander note. Great recipe

I found this recipe to be very quick and easy. So much better than buying packaged hummus. Perfect for cucumber and hummus sandwiches.

Very yummy. We used cayenne pepper rather than pepper flakes so that our 5 year old wouldn't see the evidence of pepper...also, we added sun dried tomatoes to the recipe...OH SO Good!!!

This was SCRUMPTIOUS! I had to add a little water to mine, as my blender seemed to need extra moisture, but when I was through, it was better than the store........and MUCH CHEEPER than what I have to pay for a small can in the supermarket.

This was easy, but lacked something at first. I added more lemon juice and spices, and a little cilantro, and thought it tasted better.

I made this as an appetizer for a party, and it was a big hit. It definitely needs a few drizzles of EVOO. I used half of an extra large clove of garlic and served with garlic pita chips. This recipe is replacing my old hummus recipe.

It was super easy to make, but you do need to add much more than a "drizzle" of olive oil to get the hummus to the right consistancy.
