Could give a honest review if the nutritional information was given with the recipe. I can not give a review without carbs, calories, fiber or sugar content. Please list this information in future recipes as it would be very beneficial to many people. Thanks, at least for your consideration (I hope.

We were tired of the same old meatloaf so I went surfing for something different. Wasn't looking for a particular chef's recipe, just a savory and spectacular combination of ingredients. This was FABULOUS! We had my in-laws over and they loved it and there were left over pieces and I gave my girlfriend one (she is always up for something new and she shared it with her husband and another friend and they all went CRAZY! Also- quick and very easy...individual loaves are such a time saver and I used turkey italian sausage with the 93% lean beef and there was absolutely NO FAT DRIPPING!
This will be a new favorite in our family!

I have not been able to cook meatloaf for my husband because he does not enjoy the taste of Ketsup one bit. This recipe saved me in that aspect! Yahoo. I have a lot of game meat and try and come up with new recipes so we don't get bored of the same meals every week. Thanks for a great recipe. This will definetly be added to the "game recipe book". I will be sharing it with the entire family.

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I made it for my parents and my Dad said that this was too good to be called "meatloaf"! The flavor is out of this world! Yummo!

Looking for a change in the ordinary meatloaf, my boys and I found this recipe. They couldn't of been happier and fuller. The recipe filled a hungry family of 5 with smiles on their faces. Very easy to prepare

I am not a huge meatloaf fan, but this sauce makes it for me! I also substituted ground veal for the sweet sausage for a different flavor.

Was very easy to make, I only added some shallots to the sauce. I wasn't sure how to plate it so I boiled up some fettucine and laid the patties on top. Next time I think I'll make more sauce and try making the patties meatball size. Very tasty meal, I highly recommend

I don't do spice very well, so I leave out the spice, but wow! how delicious and juicy! Usually my kids don't go for seconds on my meatloaf and they did for these. I also left out the sausage; still great! My husband absolutely loved the Italian barbecue sauce..he requested that I make it to have on hand to put on other foods.
