i have my "old favorites" meatloaf recipes but this one is the best! i adjusted the recipe a little to fit what i had on hand. to lower the calorie level i used ground turkey instead of the ground beef. to that i added mild italian sausage and chirizo sausage. everything else i kept the same. for the sauce i also added balsamic vinegar and allowed the sauce to boil for a good 15 minutes to thicken it up.

The meatloaf was great. The sauce for the top was alright. I expected it to be a little more savory and it was more tomatoey. It was good for a one time meal, probably will not make again.

Easy to prepare and delicious! I made this for a dinner party and everyone was in heaven! A little on the spicy side for kids though!

This is a wonderful recipe, no one in my home liked meatloaf with the exception of me. I made this recipe and everyone loved it. THANKS Rachael Ray for bringing meatloaf back into my home

I found this to be delicious as did my husband. My only variations were : I used ground venison and bulk venison sausage. I baked them in cast iron grill skillet so the excess fat could run off. My husband says it's definitely a keeper.

I made this for my entire family and everyone raved about it! All the guys in the family seem to like everything once you add sausage to it and my husband, who's not a big meatloaf fan, is starting to like it due to all the added flavor of this recipe.

My son went wild over these Meatloaf Patties. He pleaded with me to make them again only two days after making them the fist time. He wants me to make them again soon. They were so good I am going to wait so we can enjoy them like it was our first time. Super Delicious!
