This is a great recipe my husband raves every time I make it for him. At first I wasn't to sure about the anchovys but the recipe couldn't be made without them. Fantastic!

The shrimp were very spicy which was good. I highly reccommend adding some other spices to this dish. turned out really well though.

I made this for my husbands birthday, I was a little nervous about the anchovies, but Oh WOW! It was so good! Like something you would get at a 5 star restaurant!
Definatly one of the best meals I've ever cooked! :

I halved the red pepper flakes and it was still almost too spicy for me - although it was just right for my husband. But we really loved the garlic and oil combination.

i made this dish with the tomato and onion salad while visiting some friends over the weekend and they we sooo impressed. I always get a little nervous when cooking for people, especially when I'm cooking out of someone else's kitchen, but this recipe was super simple and turned out having super flavor. it took a little longer than 30 minutes, but i think it was worth it. I'm actually on a roll with rachel's recipes; i have yet to find one that had not turned out really yummy.
