I read the reviews and did add an egg and some bread crumbs. Worked out GREAT! Very Yummy and its one the whole family loves to eat. I had friends over and entertained with them. Great dish.

If you make these you have to add an egg to the shrimp mixture. The first time I made them they completely broke apart and turned out horrible. An egg needs to be added to hold them together as they cook. The flavor is pretty tasty. I want to try grilling them on an outdoor grill this summer.

I've made these twice and although they are fast and good they don't hold together well. This time, I added a beaten egg and about a handful of dry breadcrumbs. This added the substance I needed to keep the burgers together! I also 'held' them in the oven for about 10 minutes while I got the rest of dinner together. The result was a tender shrimpy burger that really held its shape!

This was quick and easy. It is a little bit soft and doesn't want to hold together but just be careful when you flip them and you will have one tasty burger. I have made these several times.

Prior to making these burgers, I read some of the previous reviews. To avoid the burgers falling apart, I covered the patties with bread crumbs and allowed them to sit for an hour before cooking......PERFECT!!! Will definitely add this to the recipe box.

That was disgusting! I love shrimp and thought the ingredients sounded good, but I had to spit it out. I got the burgers to stay together by adding some bread crumbs, but don't waste your time.

The flavor of these burgers was Awesome. However, my ice cream scoop must be smaller than Rachaels! I also could not get them to hold together and crisp up on each side like the burgers on the show; the parsley released liquid and so did the shrimp a bit..but I cooked the mixture and then spooned it into the burgers. Family loved them and will give them another try!

Decent flavor, but not up to Rachel's par. Didn't hold together hardly at all in the skillet. I might try adding a binder like parasan cheese or something like that. Also, add horseradish to the sauce.

Great flavor, but the "burger" was more like a sloppy joe.
