Great flavor, but the "burger" was more like a sloppy joe.

the most AMAZING burgers I've ever tasted!! I finally got a food processor and this was the first recipe I made for my boyfriend and the roommates. Everyone raved about them. I had some trouble keeping them together when I cooked them, but they still came out DELICIOUS!!

I made these spicy shrimp burgers while having some friends over & they were a huge hit! I was a little nervous after reading several of the reviews with regards to the burgers not keeping their shape so I added a couple of teaspoons of italian breadcrumbs with the mixure, made sure the first half of shrimp was ground up almost to a paste consistency, and I chopped up the remaing 1/2 pound. I think this must've done the trick because I had no problem at all & they came out looking great! I didn't even have to use an icecream scoop, I used my hands to form the patties. All in all this was a great recipe that my husband & friends raved about! It's definitely one I will make again!

Easily prepared by my wife and I together. Had fun doing it and really enjoyed the unusual outcome. Used nearly 2# of shrimp and made 6 patties. Ate with tartar sauce of my wife's design. All outstanding.

These burgers were easy and very tasty. Big flavor! Be sure to have the salt, vinegar, and cayenne fries with these too.

im young, though i love to cook for my family. I have tried a lot of recipe's. I tend to go for the easy ones and than change them a bit by adding different ingredients. I was loking for recipes and then i found this one. It sounds really good. Though from the other reviews it sounds like it doesnt really stay in pattie shape, so i just cook it on the skillet but not mold it into a patty shape. I will just mix it around in the skillet. I love spicy food and so does my family so i think this will be a reallly good dinner for tonight! i live in africa im sure they will love it!

I have no problem getting the patties to stay together. I sometimes have to cut the whole pieces of the shrimp a little to work. the sauce is great, I use it on other stuff and I love them on the english muffin. During Lent we eat this quite regularily.
