These were delicious. I read all the recipe reviews before I gave this recipe to my step dad to try. I told him what everyone said about having trouble holding them together. When he made them he added two tsp of flour to hold them together, but not enough to give it a flour taste. It worked! They were so good I didn't even want to eat them with english muffin. I made the sauce with the salsa and mayonnaise. Also good, although I just dipped it. I ate them with a caesar salad. Great light lunch or even a good appetizer.

Too spicy and too messy. Looked good on paper but didn't do it for us.

I love, love, love this recipe. Yes, the mix was very wet, but it needed to be otherwise your burgers would be dry. If you use the ice cream scooper like Rachel did to put the mix in the pan it works perfect. I used a 1/2c. measuring cup since I didn't have an ice cream scooper and it was just as good. My husband loved these too.

Burst of flavor! Very tasty. After reading the reviews, yes they did fall apart however I put an egg and bread crumbs in half of the recipe and that half didn't fall apart as badly. Very good on the english muffins. My husband and I are salt lovers, so we felt it needed more salt. Also- it did NOT take 30 minutes! It took almost an hour just to get the shrimp deveined and cleaned! But it was definitely worth it! :-

I found that this tasted better with less lemon zest, and a little bit of butter. Rachel still rocks!

the first time i tried the recipe the burger didn't stick together. It worked the second time without an egg. You must make sure the shrimp/prawn is raw. This is crucial for it to stick. If you do get larger shrimp or prawn cut the pieces into smaller sizes. It tastes great and is a staple at our house.

This was so easy to make. I used a grill pan and they turned out very crispy.
