    I definitely will make this again. I had to use a different cheese because none of the stores around where I live had Gruyere, so I used Jarlsberg and added some rotisserie chicken breast. My friends and family loved it. Definitely a keeper.

    so good!!!, might add chicken or salmon next time i make it and i also made extra cheese sauce so the noodles dont absorb it all. ;

    Great recipe and easier than i thought it would be. Can't wait to have it again. I substituted a mix of nutritional yeast and flax seed meal for the cheese and soy milk instead of regular. My husband loved it!

    Fantastic! I love spinach artichoke dip and this tasted just like the one I make. I also added extra milk and chicken to the dish.

    I love to make this pasta for my 9 month old son. He loves it! Tastes like spinach artichoke dip with pasta, delicious! My second attempt was best, the first time I added too much pasta and it dried out a little. Definately a keeper!

    This was good but we thought it had WAY too much spinach and not enough sauce. I would use 1 box of spinach and less pasta next time.

    Made a couple of additions,added cooked pieces of chicken, some jarred alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, after mixing put in baking dish and topped it with panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. The dish was a hit! Would definately make it again.Thanks Rachel

    I didn't read the reviews before I made this. A very tasty dish but I definatedly agree with the previous reviews it needs more sause and cheese. Would make it again with adjustments.

    Because of the previous reviews I upped the butter/flour to 6T each and milk to 3C. It is just right and very delicious. Didn't need to cover it.
