    Overall recipe was just fine but I thought the Gorgonzola cream was a bit over powering for the veggies.

    Good Stuff!! I made this yesterday for Christmas and everyone loved it. The sauce is great and creamy. I did use 12 noodles instead on 8, I think I used little more of the suggested amount on the ingredients. Will make this again for sure. Thank you Rachael ^_^

    Wow, this was impressive! My boyfriend even said his girlfriend can cook better than an italian restaurant! The only changes i made was using 10 noodles double onion and garlic and added sundried tomatoes.

    Just amazing. I used wheat noodles instead and they work out just fine. Also, I agree that it makes a lot of sauce...however the sauce is sooo delicious that I dont mind extra : Will make this a routine recipe in my collection!

    I made this dish the other week for a quick mid-week dinner and did not like it very much. The lasagna rolls themselves are pretty tasteless and without texture, especially with mushrooms chopped so finely. The cheese sauce on top was completely overpowering and border-line disgusting. It did not taste like mushrooms or spinach, just that sauce. When my fiance gently asked me to never make this again, I was relieved because I didn't want to eat it either!

    yucky!!!! the best part of this was the broiled tomato.....sauce was not good at all. The rolls themselves were easy and looked great but tasted disgusting.

    My fiance and I tried this recipe today, and unfortunately we didn't like it. The prep was a lot of fun, and the presentation was beautiful, but the cheese was too overpowering (and we're actually a fan of it, and it was the only thing you could taste throughout the dish. We both agreed that it's not something we would make again.

    The first time I made this for my husband he absolutely loved it!! Although I added Italian sausage to the filling as well as some anchovy paste....it gives it that little something. He calls it his scoobie snack and can't stop eating it till it's gone!!

    so tasty and a beautiful presentation! I've made this for at least 3 dinner parties for my different vegetarian friends and it is always a big hit! The only change i make is adding extra gorgonzola sauce because it's just so good...
