My family really enjoyed this. My husband does not like gorgonzola so I used parmesean instead. Came out wonderful.

I just made this last night for an office potluck today, and it was more than a hit... I've had half a dozen people asking for the recipe!

I followed the recipe pretty much to the letter, but had to double it for the number of people in the office, which wasn't a problem. Also, instead of standing the roll-ups on end as the photo shows, I lay them length-wise in a 12x9x2 dish which worked out perfectly (I had two left over for a personal meal. Then just drizzle the sauce over it all -- under the broiler it bubbles up around the sides and infuses even more flavor. When it comes out of the oven you can cut it just as you would regular lasagna.

I will *definitely* make this again!

Not a disaster, but not the "five star" rating so many others gave it. Filling was bland, I even used more garlic that the recipe called for. The sauce didn't thicken like it was supposed to. It still tasted okay - the sauce was the only thing that gave the dish flavor - but overall, not going to try again. I was so excited to try this, but was disappointed.

I have made this recipe of Rachael's many times and everyone really enjoys it! I subsitute Sharp White Cheddar for the Gorgonzola because I don't like that taste, and it fabulous with the Cheddar. When made, the dish looks like white flowers. The individual Lasagna Noodles makes it so easy to serve; you don't have part of it squashed trying to cut it. Thanks, Rachael!

Great recipe. I have made it with ground sirloin as well as another time with ground sausage. Both times it's tasty!

I've made this for a few pot luck events and it gets gobbled up every time.

I sub the ricotta with cottage cheese (not a ricotta fan and I use the super wide lasagna noodles, cut in half lengthwise...the rolls then are smaller and more appropriate for a pot luck size serving.

love it, love it, love it!

This recipe, although definitely in the "over 30 minutes" category, is worth the time and effort.

I love this recipe because it is fast and easy. It is also a way to make sure you are getting reasonable portions. One roll up with a side is the perfect lunch. The leftovers reheat very well. It is also good with marinara sauce if Gorgonzola is not your thing.
