    This was easy but it takes awhile. I cut the breasts longways in half and it worked out perfectly. It is a little bland but the sauce made it!! Remember, toothpicks are your friend . . and you can remove them as soon as the chicken is molded in the position. Great recipe!!

    This is a great dish for company.It worked out perfect.My company loved it.The sauce was really good.The preperation was a little new but it worked out alright.And the pounding of the chicken in a baggie was a good idea.Which gave me more ideas to make up more recipies using the chicken pounded.Clean up was easy.

    I found this recipe to be very easy to make. I also found it to be extremely good. I did not make the sauce as I did not plan enough time, but overall a very good meal to serve to guests.

    I love this recipe. My only problem is placing the toothpicks just right so it makes it easier to cook the chicken. Guess I'll have to practice at it.
