I cooked this for my parents, they loved it, aside from my fathers complaints of too much nutmeg, but he doesn't like it on anything. My Mother on the other hand enjoyed it very much and insisted I give her the recipe.

wonderful is one word to describe this dish! the nutmeg added a suddle sweetness to the stuffing of the chicken which was nice! a word of advice is to pound the chicken as thin as possible to stay w/in the 30 minute meal!

The filling was wonderful but I think if you put a little garlic powder or something very flavorful on the chicken and let it soak it up then this dish would be much better.

The filling is to die for. My husband asked me to marry him! Again! I had some filling left over because I didn't have 4 chicken breasts like the recipe calls for. I used it to fill omelettes. They were wonderful, too.

I recently made this recipe and loved it. However, I changed a few things and it still turned out wonderful. I had extra time so I cut a slit in my chicken w/ a sharp knife and stuffed the mixture into it and baked it at 350 for an hour instead of cooking it in the skillet. I also left out the chicken stock in the sauce and only used a bit of butter, flour and white cooking wine to give the sauce an extra wine flavor. It was very tasty. I will make this dish again, probably the same way.

My husband and I both loved this recipe. It took a little longer to prepare than I thought, but it was worth the effort. Will make this again, especially for dinner guests!
