really delicious, but I found that a healthy handful of really good quality feta made all the difference.

If you've been given the task of bringing pasta salad to a BBQ or get-together stop looking for other pasta salad recipes and make this! ; It's impressive and pretty simple. The other nice thing about this recipe is its easy to tweak based on your preferences. I made it for the first time today with chicken prosciutto tortellini. Next time I think I'll try four cheese or spinach and maybe add salami. I added Parmesan cheese, left out the red pepper, and doubled the dressing. If you're short on time using a Good Seasonings dressing packet with red wine vinegar would work nicely! Enjoy!

Delicious pasta salad!! I added a bit more red wine vinegar and olive oil just before serving to loosen everything up again, but it was fabulous!!

Yummo! This pasta salad is so flavorful and everyone that I make it for loves it. I use spinach or five cheese tortellini and sometimes have to add a little more olive oil and red wine vinegar if the pasta seems a little dry or bland. That seems to do the trick. Thanks Rachael!

This is beautiful to look at, tastes fabulous and is easy to make! I tripled the recipe and doubled the dressing. Buitoni chicken and prosciutto is excellent. Change nothing! You'll get many compliments.

A little tart. I think the next time I will cut back on the vinegar.

Every time I make this, everyone goes nuts for it. Hands down, my favorite pasta salad, and one of my 'go to' summer dishes.

I think this could use some shaved parmesan cheese just before serving. Or perhaps some proscutto or salami. It needs just a little something to punch it up.
