This dish was extremely bland and tasteless. I followed recipe exactly. A lemon buerre blanc flavored sauce might help it but I am not going to give it another try.MOst of the dish is in the frig and will end up growing mold before I can bring myself to throw such an expensive dish down the disposal.

Smelled good, thats about it.Bland and no one liked it. For the cost I could have made something really good. Tried many recipes of hers, not impressed and proves to me that really good meals aren't made it 30!

After watching Rachel cook this entre i was really in love with the ravioli idea. I myself am a lasagna fan, But am not a fan of spinach. Sorry Rachel I know you have not met a veggie you didnt like! I have. So I substituted the spinach and artichokes with broccoli and a little basil pesto (slightly thicker than normal. Wonderful! I also made a little surf n turf out of it. Try using beef or sausage raviolis and baby or popcorn shrimp! Wierd I know but good none the less. This meal is so versatile you really cant miss!

Tried with both white and red sauce....
Excellent, quick, tasty, can change veggies with your choice or even meat.
Great for entertaining a lot of guests.

    LOVE IT

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to put together. I did make some changes to the recipe, however. I used a red sauce since I'm not crazy about white sauce in lasagna. I also added a layer of mozzarella after each ricotta layer for extra cheesiness. Yum!

I was really looking forward to making this because it incorporates all of my favorite things (pasta, spinach, artichokes, cream sauce but became quickly disappointed as soon as I started shopping for the dish. The ravioli packages were extremely expensive, as were the cans of artichokes. Then, when compiling the meal I ended up using every dish in my kitchen and spent over an hour putting it all together. Not Rachel's best.

This dish is yummy! The sauce is simple and easy to make, and tastes great! I've used skim milk and comes out just fine once its all baked together.
