steer clear of this disgusting recipe. i followed the recipe to a T. this HAS to be the WORST recipe i have made from the foodnetwork ever! this totally makes me think twice about trying another recipe from rachel ray again. if you are a die hard fan of blue cheese then you MIGHT like this recipe. if youre not a hard core to die fan of blue cheese do not even attempt this. ugh if i could give it a zero instead of a one i would

I changed it a little. I used rice instead of fettuccine, and substituted bacon instead of Gorgonzola. I also didn't have cream in the house, so I used orange juice instead.
Why do people insist on posting reviews of recipes when they didn't make the recipe as written? Or worse, change it completely and then complain about how bad it was? Unbelievable.

I wasn't a huge fan but my husband liked this and said that it was a 3. It was quick and easy. I wish that I used feta because the Gorgonzola was a little too stinky for me, but that's just my personal taste.

This was really good, however I didn't use gorgonzola I used feta. I also cut the recipe in half and because I didn't have cream I added 1/4 cup (for half a recipe of sour cream and it came out great, however if you are making it with feta don't add the whole amount otherwise it will overwhelm the other flavors. I also added chicken following Ina's chicken piccata recipe. Will be making it again! :

Really tasty! Found myself without options on a Saturday night. I had only gorgonzola in the fridge. Instead of Spinach Fettuccini I used regular Linguine and instead of Spinach I used Arugula... considering I always have Herbs at home, no problems with the Sage... wow... Dinner was fantastic, simply delicious!!!

I couldn't get gorgonzola cheese. so i used Feta cheese, I'm sure it will be a different taste but loved it. Really love this recipe.

This recipe was fast, easy to make, and tasted great! I did not find the taste of the gorgonzola to be overwhelming (in fact, I believe I added a bit more = I did not add the fresh sage leaves - I thought that flavor would be too strong. Just some salt and pepper with the spinach was plenty of flavor! Will definitely make this again!

It sounds great and taste better. I actually got a little creative and added some shallots and sundried tomatoes. This is a new household "go to" dinner.

This was a delicious recipe and easily adaptable. I added ground chicken and ground turkey nuggets/tenderloins mixed w/breadcrumbs, garlic salt and onions. It turned out great. I can see a great steak mixing well with the gorgonzola, too! Thanks Rachel, for another great one!

I was unable to get my hands on the "sweet Gorgonzola", as described in the episode, so I had to use regular. I simply used less and added a little Parmesan so that the sauce wouldn't be so strong. Since I'm the only person in my family that eats spinach, I didn't add the spinach to the entire dish at the end, only a little to my portion. I liked it both with and without the spinach added. My family loved it! (Even my picky-eater parents.
