we make this in louisiana... if you dont have apricot and pineapple jelly use orange marmalade and apple jelly.... love it on grilled pork loin or over cream cheese served with crackers!!!

my favorite way to use this is poured over cream cheese or goat cheese (prefer goat cheese because of it's tang, and served with crackers. this is also a great dip for egg rolls!!

I tried the sauce but went with the 1/4 cup of Horseradish and 3/4 teaspoon pepper. I put it over the Ham as it cooked and it was good. Thanks for the recipe.

I must be missing something. I followed the recipe EXACTLY, and I ended up with something that looked like, well, like barf. It tasted ok, but I was so afraid my guests would be put off, I didn't serve it. Sorry Rach - I really wanted to like it too!

When I made this sauce, I thought it was a glaze to cook on the ham and I was very disappointed when I found it was just a dipping sauce.

Since I had already made it, I went ahead and took it to our Thanksgiving dinner and out of the 22 adults that tried it, only 2 said it was too hot. Everyone else loved it and has requested it be brought to our Christmas dinner!

It was great on the ham, very tasty on the turkey and we also put it on the yams and it was great!!

I wound up being very happy with this "mistake"!
