Very tasty and easy. The lemon is crucial to the sauce.

So easy and so good! I made this tonight for my sister and boyfriend, and I'm so happy that I did! I had to cook my chicken longer than the recipe called for, but I also didn't pound it as thin as on the show. I highly recommend this!

This recipe is delicious. I decided to leave out the ham for my Muslim friends and we all loved it.

This was a very tasty dish. Easy to prepare. And it had all my favorites in it. Provolone, Procsutto, asparagus! Whats not to like. This I would serve to just my family or to a group. Very nice presentation! Thanks Rachael, youv'e done it again.

This is our favorite Rachael Ray recipe! It is delicious. My husband puts the pan sauce over everything on his plate. It is easy enough for a weeknight meal or a great crowd pleaser when having family and friends over. Yum!

Not a fan of the pan sauce but I would make the chicken spring rolls again. Fun to make and tasty.

This was a hit with our dinner guests! I left out the Dijon pan sauce and just used broth, flour and lemon juice with sauteed mushrooms because my husband doesn't care for mustard-it turned out great!

I have been trying to find healthier recipes for my husband and I so thought I would try this recipe. This is a very tasty dish. Was not crazy with the sauce however the Chicken Roll Ups were very good. To me it was a quick and easy meal to prepare. Anytime I try new recipes from Food Network they are either keepers or never again. This one is a keeper for sure. Will be making this again very soon. Thanks Rachel keep em coming.

Wow - this is good, the lemon dijon sauce gave it such good flavor and so easy! I paired it with garlic bread made with fresh garlic, butter, slices of roasted red pepper, sprinkled with chopped cilantro and parmesian cheese, then broiled. The bread was almost as much work as this dish, but soooo good together!
