Used a Hibachi on Halloween night, everyone grilled their own tenderloin chunk and we called it, Dracula's Fondue. It was more than a hit, I had to make another batch of sauce. I added chipotle in adobo sauce the second time, wonderful.
Great work Rachel.

My new best friend, Rachel, lol, has hit a home run with this one. I fixed it for Halloween and my husband and guests, as well as myself, LOVED it. Easy, tasy & quick! Keep up the good work!

Amazing. The food was gone in record time. My husband wouldn't even sit down to eat this, he stood over the platter and made sure no one else got too close.

I used garlic as well in the sauce (to keep the vampires away!. I also had some mushrooms that I had to use up so I halved them and sauteed them with the steak. Trick or treat!

YUM-O. The sauce is out of this world! Even my party guest who doesn't care for bloody marys loved this sauce! I cut the steak into smaller bite sizes, and we didn't have any sauce left over!

I cut the steak into smaller bite-sized pieces & was glad I did - I was able to get more of the Bloody Mary sauce on each piece. YUM! Great recipe & will make this over & over again... Thanks Rachel!

I made these as a dinner w/ mozzarella sticks & a fresh salad & altho these were good, I don't think they were good enough to make the sauce again. I think I may have reduced too much vodka out (was afraid it would be overpowering & I know I used too much onion but I still don't think those changes would really make that big a difference. I will, however, make the bites (I used rib-eyes again & save myself some trouble & just use a pre-prepared sauce (or better yet...just some butter. I did take other's suggestions to double up on the garlic & hot sauce & I also added the cornstarch & it was a decent sauce for something else maybe but just a little too much trouble for the steak bites.

The dipping sauce is excellent with bread chunkc, too. I even left out the vodka one time as I had to take it to work - delicious!
