Thanks again for the quick easy meal. I don't have an oven or a stove right now so I am alway looking for easy stove top meals. I made this in about twenty minutes start to finish and that is with a twenty month old and a three year old on my legs! Both my girls and husband cleaned their plates!

This was a truly yummy meal. My kids had seconds and asked if i'd make it again real soon!

fries from a bag would have been better.

It's steak and fries. It's pretty simple, delicious, but still just steak and fries

Even though the steaks were flavorful with the wine sauce, it was very messy to make with the grease splatter. In the future, I would grill the steaks and make the sauce from butter and olive oil rather than steak grease.

Was delicious. Steak was resturant quality.

The steaks were tender and juicey and seasoned just right. The fries were the favorite of the family, though. Quick and easy and more tastier than store bought.

I'm not a big steak eater - but when the craving strikes this is what I make. It's delicious and simple to make. Rachel's the best!

This is a bistro standard, and it's delicious. The name is French, but is used in restaurants all over the US. It's not a name Rachael made up.
