I made the Sliders for the first time, they were great. put them in the oven between hands and 15 minutes later we ate. I used regular Chop meat. It was fine except there was a lot of fat. I also used Emeril essense instead of the grill seasoning and offered mozzarella cheese as a topping.

I pre-made a plate with the Onion, Lettuce, Cheese, Bacon and a bowl of the sauce and I put out ketchup, so when the sliders were ready the guys made there own with toppings they wanted. Fast.

I had a blast making these, but you have to realize they are going to be a bit fussy to make being small. BUT if you know what is going on, they are a blast to make!

This recipe is super easy and super easy to modify. We've made it twice and I can't see making burgers any other way! The portions are perfect -- I can never eat a whole burger and they get dried out by the time the inside is cooked properly, but these are juicy all the way through! We used a little let meat and pressed it into a smaller jelly roll pan and made 12. When we took them out, we quickly "scored" the meat, then put a square of cheese on top, popped it back in the oven for a minute for the cheese to melt.

Great recipe! I made this for a few couples who were coming over to watch football. It was great because it did not take a lot of work and I did not have to miss any football to prepare/get the meal ready. We did not use all of the sliders but they were great warmed up. (If we do not use them all soon, I will use the meat for a hotdish or something The fries were exceptional! We did not have any of those left over...Highly recommend for a nice simple meal.

We also had the sliders for a New Year's Eve party and they were a huge hit. Will definitely make again. I too found there to be alot of juice in the pan when they were removed from the oven but I like to think since we used ground sirloin that it was the juice from the added worchestershire sauce not fat. The recipe I believe says it makes 24 sliders but we found it only made 15 which was great in our situation since the party was only a few couples from the neighborhood. We didn't try the fries but since others said they turned out well, I'll give them a try next time. Thanks for the great idea, Rachael!

We made these for our New Year's Eve party. They were a hit and the presentation looked great! The portion size was perfect with the mini rolls. My husband and I will maybe add some fresh cracked pepper next time as the burgers just lacked the "zip" we like.

Was very easy for a newbie like me, only thing was way to much food for 2 people. Fries were easy to make and very tasty. Great for a group of people or large family, I will try to cut recipe back next time. Did make my own grill seasoning and worked really well.

I thought the burgers were just like White Castle except that I knew what was in them and they were fresh, full of flavor and juicy, juicy, juicy!!!!!! The fries were better than they looked on the show--I will definately make this again

they did have a lot of fat and they also did not have alot of flavor. it seems like a good method but this is not a great recipe for them. we are going to try them again but with are reagular burger meat and the method of pushing them into the pan and see if they turn out better.
