This dip is great fresh off the stove, as well as re-heated. I substitute frozen artichoke hearts (less sodium than canned. Also, I'd forget about the wheat bread. It is way better with sourdough. This isn't a healthy dish anyway...

Very easy to make...and GOOD! It's great that you make it all in one pan. If you don't have the wine, just add extra chicken stock. It makes a LOT though...and I only used one package of frozen spinach! Very good!

I loved it! It is so delicious. I usually make every recipe my own somehow, so for this I added some pepper jack cheese, and it gives wonderful added flavor to this dip. I highly recommend!

Very delicious! Got raves at Thanksgiving dinner. One thing I would change is if using frozen, store bought spinach, I would finely chop it because my spinach came out a little stringy.

I made this for the 4th of July for my family. It was eaten very quickly. I put out corn chips and crackers. The only thing that I would do differently is I would had a little more cheese.

    Wonderful
