This is better then any spinach dip I have ever had. This put all the store bought to shame.

Sorry but this dip was not good at all, the red bell pepper taste was too strong, and 2 boxes of spinach is a bit much, I perosnally would not make this dish ever again.

I've made this dip 4 times now. The first time was for my own party. The other 3 times were at the request of others. Each time it was a hit. Even people that "do not eat spinach" loved it.

This dip got rave reviews at my housewarming party-- I don't think you need quite as much spinach as the recipe calls for though.

Great for parties, super easy to throw together. Even though its not bake, it keeps warm in the oven 'til you are ready to serve. Maybe a bit more garlic and skip the wine, you'd be fine without it.

We were looking for a different dip for the holidays and tried this. Everybody loved it and it went great with chips, crackers and vegies too.

I served this easy, yummy dip at my girls night gettogether. Everyone loved it, even the ones that didn't usually enjoy spinach...and it smelt wonderful. The next day, a guy that I work with that plans our after holiday party said that he heard about my delicious dip and wanted to know if he could have the recipe and if I could bring it to our next gettogether since he heard so many good things about it.

Feeds the whole crowd. I took this dip to a family gathering. It fed 6 adults and 8 children with plenty left over for lunch the next day. It reheats wonderfully. Great way to get your kids to eat their spinach! I did add more cheese than called for. Will definitely make again!
