Directions

Hull and quarter the berries and add them to a medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and toss to combine.

Whisk the cream in a medium bowl until peaks form, about 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle in the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar and the extract and combine.

Crumble the meringues and it fold into the cream with half the berries. Top bowlfuls of the cream with the remaining berries and serve.

    Geez! Haters.... There was plenty of time to whip that cream to this consistency! and who cares if it's live or taped and edited.... really people?!?!? Ha I watch most of them as re-runs anyhow!

    Does anyone believe that the show is done live and that when she says she's breaking for a commercial that she has the two or three minutes while they're showing commercials to do things? Three words for you: "video tape" and "editing."

    Sure. It doesn't take very long to whip up that small of an amount of cream. You can see that she didn't whip it to a stiff form its still pretty creamy & commercial breaks are like 4 or 5 min long. plenty of time
