The strip steak was good, but DEFINITELY pair it with something other than blue cheese spaghetti. The spaghetti was too salty from the blue cheese. It needs to remain on salads and burgers... not spaghetti.

I have made this a few times now, but the first time I made it my boyfriend said we will never go out to eat again since I can cook this well.
This is a real impressive dinner, I used half the blue cheese on the pasta and it was yummy and not too strong. The Mushroom stuffed tomato salad is super tasty. It only took me 37 mins to make the entire meal!

The steak is wonderful. Great flavor and easy to prepare. Not crazy about the blue cheese spaghetti. The blue cheese was quite strong. Might enjoy it better with a milder cheese like a romano.

I wasn't going to make the blue cheese spaghetti because no one in my family likes blue cheese. I tried it anyway and everyone loved it. Very gourmet meal in 30 minutes!!!

I would recommed this recipe to anyone who love pasta as much as I do. When ever someone ask me what I have cooked for dinner and I reply steak and blue cheese spaghetti they immeditly say that sound so good. And then they ask me were did I get that receip from and when is the next time that I will be making it. My family is so much in love with this receip that they have to have it once a week sometimes twice a week. The flavors of the blue cheese gives this dish such an awsome taste and the garlice and fresh ingredients makes the steak just melt in your mouth. This is one of my favorite receipes and that's why I give it a five star rating enjoy!!!!!!

I didn't make the steaks, just the pasta. It was wonderful!! I can't tell you what a bowl of creamy goodness this spaghetti was.. If you love blue cheese you will not be able to get enough! The dish IS very rich though, so instead of a main dish I think it would be best a side. I will try with steak next time!

Only made the spaghetti but boy was it tasty. Only thing is it sets up real quick and gets sticky. I agree that using less than a pound of pasta would be ideal, so that there is more sauce. But I will definitely make it again!
