    I did not fix the steak, only the bleu cheese pasta - and it was AWESOME. I only had 4oz. of the cheese to add, but the flavor was yum.

    After "slaving" over this wonderful recipe, not timing it just right.... but getting it done, my husband wanted to know how I would top this one! I used Buttermilk blue cheese which is a mild blue and very creamy. Husband said that this one was very much a keeper and I agree! Thank you Rachael!!! I usually pick a new recipe and ruin it! This one was magic!!

    My husband loved blue cheese, so I thought this would be a killer meal. The sauce for the spaghetti was delicious, but there was to much spaghetti for the sauce. The steaks had potential, but maybe I put the butter on to soon after removing them from the broiler? They seemed steamed rather than broiled....weird. I will try this again though, maybe I'll let the meat rest before I add the chive butter.

    I liked this dish, but my husband wasn't too big on it. He's fussy though. I would have it again for myself.
