We tried this for dinner last night. We all enjoyed it. Didn't adore it, but it was tasty, and the blue cheese is a nice complement to the steak.

Made this but did not have chicken stock or cream so I used Bertolli Alfredo Sauce and it was great - much quicker also. Will keep this on file.

This was not NASTY as another reviewer said. It was delicious. Ever hear of pasta with a gorgonzola cream sauce? It's just like that.
