I made this for a guest and although I was quite nervous as it was the first time I made it, turned out great. Our guest liked the way we served the rice.

This was a nice easy dinner. Took me longer than 30 mins. Only by about 10 or so.

This was a great recipe!! I used my crock pot to make this stoup and it turned out fantastic! The only thing that I did that was really different was to wait to add the cabbage until I got home and began cooking the rice. I also used ground buffalo instead of ground beef - yum! My husband and two young boys loved it and it will become a regular item on our monthly menu planning.

This was so good on a chilly night...the only thing I added was 2 tb. of brown sugar...when I make stuffed cabbage that is an ingredient I always add for sweetness...YUMMMY!!

My husband and I loved this stoup, the house smelled great while it was cooking! I saw the episode on Saturday and made this for dinner Sunday! I couldn't find savoy cabbage so I used green and used all ground beef not the mix. I will try it with brown rice as someone else suggested. Can't wait to go home and have leftovers!

This recipe was good, but not one of my favorite stoups or soups of Rachel Rays. It might have been because I substituted ground turkey breast. I did not like the dill or parsley in the stoup. The dill gave it a weird flavor. Otherwise, good without the dill

I made this for my family and now I've made it for the 2nd time in a week. It's delicious. The seasoning is just like a stuffed cabbage roll. It's really good and way, way faster. BTW, I used a regular green cabbage instead of the savoy, because I like the flavor of green cabbage in this dish. I chopped the cabbage and it still cooked very quickly.

This stoup is very easy to prepare. I made it on a Saturday evening after watching Rachel make it earlier the same day. So easy, I did not have all the ingredients, i.e. coriander, so I left it out, also I used fire rosted tomatoes instead of plain and it was delicious! I used fresh cabbage and carrots from our garden so that made it extra special.
