Definately something I will be making again - it was fantastic. I followed the diretions pretty closely, except for the hot pepper which I didn't have on hand The filling probably could have been halved. Or even better prepare some extra peppers and tomato sauce because it is so good you will want more.

Confession time, I made this recipe with one substitution. I didn't have time to make meatballs, so instead, I browned a pound of broken up pieces of Italian sausage out of the casings. The results were YUMMY delicious! I did this as a make-ahead meal with great results. While sitting in the fridge, the rice and orzo absorbed the tomato sauce and made for a delicious dinner. This one is a keeper, thanks Rachel!
