I made this for my husband's birthday party and everyone raved about it. You just can't beat this for great flavor. But, watch your cut of steak or it can be a little tough.

I was looking for a different dinner idea, so I thought I would try this recipe recently. Far too much work and time involved (at least 45 minutes, and what a disappointment! Some of Rachael's ideas are interesting, but they just don't work out well. I am finding this to be the case with almost every new recipe of hers over the last year or two.

I made this for Christmas dinner this year. My family and I were very tired of the traditional ham dinner, so I decided to try this recipe. It was so simple. I added a little more pamesan cheese to the filling than what Rachel did and while the steaks were grilling I put more cheese on the top as well. My family was really impressed with the dinner. I didn't let them know just how easy it really was to make.

I just made this recipe and it was fantastic. I used a pork loin instead of steak and it was tender and full of flavor. My husband, mom and 19 month old babies loved it. Definately a keeper, next time I try it the way the recipe was intended.

This tasted so incredible that I have vowed to conquer this recipe. The steak stuffing was a challenge but I will get it because I loved this one!

I LOVED this recipe. My boyfriend requests it on a regular basis. My mother loves to eat it with pounded chicken and then you roll up the stuffing in it, sear the chicken slightly and finish cooking in the oven. Excellent! I recommend it highly.
