Ever since I saw the episode I've been dying to make the dish. I was intimidated because I truly didn't think it was gonna be so great. When I tried it, I started eating it out of the pan. I can't wait for my family to get home and realize we don't need to eat out to have fantastic food : Thanks Rachel!

We made a bit of a mess while get the corn off of the cob, but the dish came out great! I will definitely be making this dish again, and hopefully our corn-removal skills will improve! On the show, Rachael reserved some of the starchy pasta water and added it back to the sauce before adding the fettucine.

This recipe is just what I need for mid week. I added chicken broth and 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and a fourth of a tsp of red pepper flake and this dish is to die for good. Thanks Rachael !

Being a beginner cook I found this recipe easy to make and cheap! It was extremely flavorful and absolutely delicious. I had friends over and this recipe was one to impress them. They were very pleased and surprised. No left overs that night! Will be making it again in the future many times. If you love corn chowder and pasta this is a twist for you.

Since you need to use the food processor anyway, use it to chop the shallots and bell pepper.

This is a brilliant recipe, Rachael! My family loves it and I've made it half a dozen times already. The flavors are incredible but to put it over the top, I suggest using an orange bell pepper and whole wheat pasta. Absolutely amazing!

Made this for my family and everyone loved it, a little too much fat for me in the original recipe so I tweaked it a little bit, because turkey bacon also has a bit of fat to it, I like to use a little bit of liquid smoke, it adds the smoky flavor without any of the fat, I also substituted evaporated skim milk for the cream and it was wonderful and used whole wheat pasta, because we like to watch our fat intake, I omitted the cheese completely and definitely didn't think it was missing a thing. Great recipe that I will put into my rotation.

This is amazing... I made it minus the bacon because I am a veg. The white wine adds good flavor... yumm my freinds LOVED it too

i could not wait to make this recipe. i love fresh corn off the cob, since my family loves fried corn. this recipe was delicious. our entire family licked their plates. since i used only what i had on hand, i used turkey bacon instead of bacon. since my hubby loves meat, i added some cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts as the turkey bacon browned. i also used carnation milk instead of half and half. thanks rachael for this amazing meal. looks like it will be added to our rotation!
