Although it took me a little longer than 30 minutes, it was well worth it! I try new things occasionally and my husband has never raved...except for this. I would make it a regular meal on our dinner table!

THIS WAS SO EASY AND REALLY TAST LILE AN OVEN POT ROAST DINNER, BUT DONE ON THE OF THE STOVE. MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THIS VERSION OF SIRLOIN. THANKS TO RACHEL RAY.
