I thought that the chops were amazing. I used the chops with bones for the extra flavor. So they needed a little time in the oven. But well worth it, they were great.

So good. Took me a bit longer than 30 minutes, but the stuffing "made" the dish. Didn't make the potatoes yet, so no comment there. I used pork tenderloin and sliced it thick. Yum Rachael.

This recipe was great! I am not one to stray from the traditional family recipe for stuffing, but I have to say... I may have liked this one a little better. Just don't tell my mom!

This stuffing is amazing! I don't bother make both the stuffing and potatos at the same time.. too much starch! Also, I pair this with green beans instead of snaps peas.

The porkchops and stuffing have become a regular fall/winter meal staple for me and my boyfriend.

I made the stuffed pork chops from this recipe and it was great. The stuffing was a little dry - so I added some chicken stock to it (I like moist stuffing and it was perfect. Even my husband liked it - who is a picky eater and usually doesn't like stuffing!

I made this meal for my family last week and I received rave reviews! The only thing I changed was that I decreased the amount of dried sage and thyme and added a pinch of garlic to the stuffing. I'm sure there's a way to bake these chops in the oven too. Thanks Rachael for another great recipe!

I didn't like the dish, but my boyfriend liked it so I give it a 3. I only made the pork chops, there was something I did not like about the stuffing,
