I only made the stuffed pork chops and skipped the cream cheese potaotes and sugar snap peas. The stuffing was unbelieveable. I loved the corn muffin, it gave the stuffing a nice hint of sweetness, delicious!

As far as taste this was an average recipe. The potatoes were creamy but I would leave out most if not all of the onion - way to overpowering. The stuffing added great flavor to an otherwise thin tasteless pork chop and sugar snap peas are good anyway you cook 'em. My big complaint with this recipe is it may take 30 minutes to make but it takes 60 minutes to clean up! I didn't have enough burners on my stove (only 4 for the number of pans (a total of 5!! needed to make this entire recipe. If I only have 30 minutes to cook, most likely, I have even less time to clean up.

This was my first attempt at a Rachael Ray 30-minute meal. Although it took me an hour to complete (because I'm a little slow at chopping and dicing, it was absolutely delicious. I'm not much of a cook, so my family was so very pleasantly surprised at how yummy this turned out. So now I'm hooked and will probably make a Rachael Ray meal a couple times a week.

Delicious meal -- need to make it again very soon. Extremely flavorful with the herbs and using cornbread muffins is a wonderful shortcut! Thanks, Rachael, for yet another AWESOME recipe! Yumm-O!!
