I just started watching Rachel's show and I have been cooking like crazy. My family loves Rachel just as much as I do. They tease me and say Rachel Ray is cooking tonight this recipe made me feel like a chef everyone really enjoyed it. Thanks Rachel

I am so glad I did not make 1 thick, juciy properly stuffed pork chop instead of this!.
With Rachael's recipe it is like getting a stuffing sammie!- but with TWO thin, dry, chewy chops instead of bread!
Did I mention how overpowering the flavors in the stuffing are? mmmmm it was INSANE!
Man I'm I glad I didn't follow a proper recipe!

stuffing the pork chops with muffins as a base for the stuffing was a great idea and opens up the door to a lot of different stuffing ideas! The thin cut pork chops get dry very quickly, though.
