The pork chops were so simple along with the stuffing. I was unable to find store bought bakery corn bread muffins but it wasn't any trouble to just use one of those Jiffy corn muffin mixes.

The potatoes were pretty good, could have been a bit tastier. I'd add more cream cheese to mine the next time I make it.

My family absolutely loved this meal and my husband thought I went to all sorts of trouble just to make it. :

My boyfriend and I made this recipe one night and absolutely loved it!! It was easy since there were two of us making it. Just make sure you get really thin pork chops that you don't have to cut as you are making it. We want to make it for both sets of parents and we know they will love it!

Even my husband who doesn't like stuffing LOVED this recipe last night.

I added a little more chives and salt to the potatoes than the recipe called for, and it came out DIVINE. I also used fat free milk instead of whole milk, and reduced fat cheese, and sacrificed none of the taste. Even though chives are optional I think they are a MUST.

Also, I put a little extra EVOO in the stuffing as I was throwing it all together in the pan to keep it from being too dry.

Whole meal went well with Merlot.

My husband has said this is the best dinner I've ever made. I didn't have any corn muffins for the stuffing so I used a handful of cracker crumbs. Yummy recipe

Add 1/2 lemon to the stuffing; the citrus compliments the creamy potatoes

I love 30-minutes meals and this was one of the first meals I tried. Me and my dad made this recipe and as I was making it I couldn't remember all of the ingedients so we used what I could remember. It came out great and I am looking to find some more simple and quick recipes that look like they take a while to make like this one. Thanks Rachael I love you show and you are great.
