The porkchops, stuffing, and sugar snap peas were phenominal!!!My husband loved the potatoes as well. I was slightly disappointed because Rach made it sound on her show like these were the best ever, but I didn't find them that flavorful compared to some of her other smashed potato recipes.

The pork chops and stuffing were excellent, even my picky kids ate it all up. I was a little dissapointed with the potatoes though. I thought they'd be cheesier. I think I will need to add more cheese, butter or something more flavorful next time.

My Kids loved this stuffing. I served it with the pork chops made slightly different than this reciepe called for. I used maple syrup to bake the pork chops.
    Yum

This makes a fantastic meal. It was found to be easy to prepare although a bit time consuming, but worth every minute of preperation. Enjoy!!

This recipe was so easy to make. A great alternative to the traditional way of stuffing pork chops.

I like trying new recipes and this was the first time I had made stuffed pork chop. I found the recipe to be easy and everyone in my family enjoyed it all.
